Being alive

Do you have big and serious problems that monopolize all your time? Then do not forget that you are alive, be thankful for it and please do not let problems make you forget that you are alive.
Your mom is dying and you have a baby so you are crying all the time leaving aside your baby; so here you have to listen to me and take the time to think carefully about your behavior. You have the right to be sad because of the death of a precious person whom you cherish with all your heart but you might take the time to smile to your baby and play with sincerely. It is really not easy to forget everything and to enjoy the moment present in this situation but the persons who will take the time to do it are the most happier in their life and who knows what being alive means. And please do not do not mix being alive and being a survivor, they are definitely not synonyms. The truth is that they are totally opposites. Being alive is to live each moment intensely and never let one-emotion take over another or interfere on the other and to control your emotions when being a survivor is to let be controlled by his own emotions.
Therefore, if you are lost not knowing what do to in your life, what is the purpose in this life, then you have found your answer: You have to change edge; become alive instead of being a survivor. If you exist, it is not to undergo life, to be thrown between his hands and to be subjected under his feet. You have to wake up, take a deep breath and take the control. This does not mean that you will be all the time happy without any problems or something like this. But that means that you will deal with problems but, on the doorstep of the house, let them there and live the moment with your family, your dog, your cat, your music or whatever else.
If your mind is not fully present when you read what I say then re-read carefully and it would already be a first step to learn how to fully live every minute of reading, every second of relaxation, warm day of work and every week vacation.
Some of you will tell me that all what I am saying is good and really interesting but what to do when our life is fool of sad moments that we are leaving deeply. How can we maintain the balance between moments of sadness, rage and frustration and moments of happiness, excitement and ecstasy? How can we balance between negative emotions and positive emotions?
This balance is the key to happiness and I will answer this question in the next discussion.
